At Seasons Psychology, we offer compassionate, evidence-based psychological support for women, couples, and individuals navigating significant life transitions. We primarily work with women aged 18 to 50, and also support couples, workplaces, legal professionals, and nature-oriented adolescents exploring body-based or equine-assisted therapy.
Our services are available in-person in Sunbury and via telehealth across Australia. Every session is grounded in trauma-informed, client-centred care, designed to help you feel safe, understood, and supported through whatever season you’re in.

We support women through the emotional and psychological challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, fertility struggles, birth trauma, and the transition to motherhood. Our care is compassionate, non-judgemental, and evidence-based, helping clients feel grounded, understood, and supported during this transformative period.
We offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals recovering from single-incident, relational, or complex trauma. Our approach integrates EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Schema Therapy, DBT, and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and long-term recovery.
We provide sensitive and inclusive therapy for individuals experiencing disordered eating, body image distress, or a strained relationship with food. Our work is aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES) principles and draws on evidence-based approaches such as CBT-E. Therapy is client-centred, trauma-informed, and respectful of body diversity.
We support individuals experiencing ongoing worry, fear, low mood, or emotional overwhelm. Therapy focuses on understanding the underlying patterns contributing to distress and developing practical strategies that foster emotional wellbeing and daily functioning.
Counselling for grief and loss provides space to navigate bereavement, relationship breakdowns, or major life transitions. Sessions are calm, supportive, and grounded in empathy, allowing individuals to honour their experience while moving toward healing.
We support clients who feel stuck in coping patterns or behaviours that may have once provided relief but are now difficult to shift. Therapy explores the emotional roots of these patterns and helps develop healthier strategies, build insight, and reconnect with values and strengths.
Couples counselling supports partners in improving communication, building emotional closeness, and addressing challenges such as conflict, parenting stress, or life transitions. Sessions are grounded in evidence-based models including the Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Schema Therapy, and ACT, ensuring both partners feel heard and respected.
Therapy for anger and emotional reactivity helps individuals understand the deeper causes of anger and develop constructive ways to respond. We work together to build insight, enhance emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. Court reports can be provided when appropriate. Group programs may be available—please contact us to express your interest.
Equine Assisted Therapy is an experiential, nature-based approach where horses play an active role in the therapeutic process. This modality can be particularly helpful for emotional regulation, confidence building, trauma recovery, and relational awareness, especially when talking feels overwhelming.
We provide psychological support following critical incidents such as workplace accidents, sudden loss, or community trauma. Debriefing sessions offer a structured, compassionate space to process emotional responses and support recovery. Services are tailored to the needs of each group and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
